Scott Community College will host a Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 26.
The event will be at the SCC Urban Campus, 101 W. Third St., Davenport. It is open to the public. Those attending are encouraged to dress appropriately and come prepared with resumes.
More than 50 businesses and organizations are scheduled to be at the career fair. Some of the businesses attending the event will represent industries from healthcare, transportation, information technology, HVAC and more.
Some of those expected to be at the fair include: Arconic, Ascentra Credit Union, Barrel House, Bickford Home Care, Novelis, Royal Publishing, Scribe America, Shaw Electric, Colony Brands, Genesis Health, Harris Pizza, UnityPoint Health, Walgreens, River Bandits, Guardian Glass and many others.
