Renew Moline President and CEO Alexandra Elias has been awarded an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Chicago Women’s Fellowship, a program designed to support women in the real estate industry.

Ms. Elias was selected through a competitive application process for the fellowship. It’s now in its fourth year. The ULI Chicago Women’s Fellowship aims to help participants forge new connections, foster career growth and deepen their engagement with ULI. The program is funded by Heitman and J.P. Morgan.
“The Urban Land Institute is an organization whose work and people I have long admired,” Ms. Elias said. “I hope to use this time and the fellowship to further relationships in the ULI development community and learn ways to creatively finance development.”
Carrie O’Neill is Renew Moline board chai. She said relationships with ULI “over the past five years have been very fruitful for Moline. We are delighted for the significant opportunities offered through the Women’s Fellowship that will ultimately benefit the community.”
As part of the fellowship, Ms. Elias will attend the ULI Americas Fall Meeting in San Francisco in November. She also will be at the Spring Meeting in Nashville. There she will connect with more than 5,000 development professionals globally. She also will participate in the Public Private Partnership Product Council. That form shares information, research, innovation and “state-of-the-art” practices in the development field.
