QC hosts National Police Collector’s Show this weekend

The National Police Collector’s Show will be held at the Davenport RiverCenter on Saturday and Sunday, July 13-14.

Since 1985, the National Police Collector’s Show has been a premier event for those who collect patches, badges, and other police memorabilia.

The show will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $5 at the door. There is free admission for children under 5 years old and for public safety professionals on duty and in uniform.

Collectors from around the globe will display an array of memorabilia, including vintage restraint devices, cabinet card photos and the more recent phenomenon of challenge coins. The event is open to all who love public safety memorabilia, including those who collect fire department items.
