The Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is hosting the next multicultural speaker series featuring Stacia Carroll at 9 a.m. on May 14, with a breakfast starting at 8:30 a.m. at room 116/117 Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, 101 W. Third St., Davenport.
Ms. Carroll will discuss “Thrive: Leverage Resilience to Optimize Well-Being and Flourish at Home & Work.”
The chamber’s aim for this series is to provide an opportunity for individuals and organizations to engage diverse residents and employees from multiple sectors in the Quad Cities region. They also can broaden their networks, and enhance their awareness of diversity issues.
Ms. Carroll is a benefits and wellness specialist with Genesis Health System. Admission is $15 for members, $20 for future members, $12.50 for students or a table of eight for $110.
