MercyOne Genesis officials in Davenport announced Friday morning, Oct. 31, that the telephone service is not working at its local health care facilities.
“Callers might experience unanswered ringing. We are diligently working with the phone service provider to resolve this issue,” according to a statement from MercyOne Genesis.
People can still call 911 for an emergency, and still schedule an appointment through the Patient Portal.
