‘Passion’ for housing: West Liberty to gain 45 new homes

    WEST LIBERTY, Iowa – A new 45-home subdivision – called the Dutton Housing Project – is getting underway in this Muscatine County community. 

    And that’s just the start. At least 70 new homes are planned here in the coming years, according to economic development officials.
