IowaWORKS will host its “Opportunity Knocks Monday” hiring event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, July 11, at its center at 1801A E. Kimberly Road, Davenport.
The weekly hiring event is held every Monday with a diverse group of employers on hand each week.
Employers scheduled for Monday’s event and their openings are:
- Zachary Group – Hiring for production techs, scaffold builders, and insulators.
- Volt Workforce Solutions – Hiring for production.
- Amentum – Hiring for skilled trades.
- USP Thomson – Hiring for correctional officers, nurses and more.
- Hill and Valley Inc. – Hiring for production associates and maintenance technicians.
- Ascentra Credit Union – Hiring for tellers and account officers.
- City of Bettendorf – Hiring for firefighters, IT analysts, GIS technicians, and police officers.
- Durham School Services – Hiring for drivers.
- Frontier Hospitality Group (Home2 Suites by Hilton, Cambria, Holiday Inn Express) – Hiring for housekeeping, housekeeping supervisors/managers, breakfast attendants, front desk, and cooks.
- KATUN Corporation – Hiring for a warehouse lead.
- Jewell Group – Hiring for machine operators
