This Ice Cream Social has the ingredients of a perfect summer evening: free, live music under the stars and sweet treats that will tantalize your taste buds — all happening at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18, at the Putnam Museum, 1717 W. 12 th St., Davenport.
One Human Family, a local human rights organization, is hosting live music of the Windjammer and the QC Big Top Circus bands join forces for a night of fun. In case of inclement weather or flooding on the riverfront, the event will be held at the Putnam Museum in Davenport.
