North Scott Foods of Eldridge being sold to Hy-Vee

    The Hy-Vee grocery store at 3019 Rockingham Road, Davenport, will permanently close at 6 p.m. Sunday, June 23, store officials announced on Friday, May 10.

    ELDRIDGE – A local, family-owned grocery store is in the process of being sold to Hy-Vee, Inc.

    The owner of North Scott Foods, 425 E. LeClaire Road, Eldridge, said the store has been sold to Hy-Vee, but the ownership transition will not take place until April.
