MRA, a nationwide employer association with offices including Moline, has introduced a new course designed to help professionals master the art of business writing while responsibly integrating artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
“Clear, effective business writing matters more than ever, and so too does using AI responsibly to support it,” MRA said in announcing the course.
The new one-day online program, Business Writing for Impact: The Power of People and AI, helps participants create business communications that are read, understood and acted upon. The course combines proven writing and editing fundamentals with best practices for using AI to improve clarity, efficiency and audience impact – while keeping human input central to the process.
The live online course is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 25, and will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Register at this link.
Participants will learn practical tools to: Write emails and messages that stand out in an overflowing inbox; tailor communications for diverse audiences; use AI to save time without sacrificing accuracy or tone; and deliver clear messages, even when conveying difficult news.
