MSA Professional Services, Inc. (MSA) has been ranked No. 288 on the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 500 Design Firms list for 2025, the company announced.
This marks the 27th consecutive year MSA has appeared on the list, placing it among the top 0.5% of U.S. design firms, the engineering firm said in a news release.
MSA is a 100% employee-owned, multidisciplinary consulting firm with 18 offices across Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida, serving clients nationwide. MSA Professional Services’ locations include an office in downtown Bettendorf.
ENR, a leading industry publication, releases the annual ranking of the largest U.S.-based design firms based on the previous year’s design-specific revenue. Despite economic uncertainties, first-quarter 2025 reports show a continued revenue increase for design firms, the rankings show.
“MSA is proud to remain agile in response to today’s market challenges,” MSA CEO Nick Wagner said in the release.
He noted the company is adopting new technologies, expanding its services and geographic reach, and adding employee owners. In addition, he emphasized the company’s focus on organizational growth and its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) culture for employee engagement.
