A new MRA program, “Developing the Young Professional,” is set to launch Jan. 19 and will offer training for recent graduates and early-career professionals.
MRA, which has a Quad Cities office at 3800 Avenue of the Cities #100 in Moline’s King Plaza, will offer the virtual series in six two-hour sessions. The program focuses on building core competencies crucial for career advancement and personal growth.
The virtual sessions are designed to enhance professional skills, deepen business acumen, cultivate a growth mindset, and foster networking and collaboration. Participants will work on communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, and gain an understanding of project management, organizational strategy, and presentation skills.
The program also incorporates tools such as Clifton Strengths to build resilience, adaptability, and self-awareness. Additionally, participants will have opportunities to connect with peers and industry leaders. Register here to attend.
