MRA – The Management Association is launching its 2026 Executive Roundtable season, continuing its longstanding commitment to providing senior leaders with confidential, peer-driven forums designed to support candid dialogue, strategic insight, and leadership growth.

The Wisconsin-based MRA, with a Quad Cities office location in Moline, has hosted its Executive Roundtables across the Midwest for generations. The offering provides CEOs, CFOs, chief human resources officers and other key leaders with a trusted environment to exchange  ideas and discuss complex organizational challenges. Each forum is professionally  facilitated to ensure balanced conversation, confidentiality, and actionable takeaways.

“Senior leaders rarely have a space where they can speak openly with true peers,” MRA President and CEO Susan Fronk said in the Thursday, Jan. 8, news release. “Our Executive Roundtables provide that forum – one built on trust, expertise, and meaningful connection.”

The key features of the 2026 Executive Roundtable Season include:

    • Confidential, peer-based discussions centered on leadership, strategy, and  organizational challenges.
    • Cross-industry perspectives from leaders navigating similar pressures.
    • Professional facilitation to keep dialogue productive, relevant, and actionable.

According to MRA, this year’s Executive Roundtables will again be offered in-person and virtually to serve leaders across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio and Kentucky.

The program is open to MRA members as well as non-members. MRA screens participants to ensure there are no potential conflicts or competitors in the same discussion group.
