Modern Woodmen of America, Rock Island, has appointed Bruce K. Baude, Carmel, Indiana, to its board of directors, effective Jan. 1.
Baude brings broad experience in financial services to the board and Modern Woodmen members nationwide. He has served in chief executive officer and chief operating officer roles in the life/health insurance, payment processing and banking industries. A board member of MIB (a mutual association of life insurers that works to improve industry efficiencies) since 2019, Baude currently serves as vice chair and chair of the compensation committee.
