Most popular baby names in QC include Charlotte and Jack

The most popular baby names in the Quad Cities area this year are Charlotte and Everleigh for girls, and Jack/Jaxson and Noah for boys.

That’s according to UnityPoint Health-Trinity hospitals. The labor and delivery team at the health care system helped more than 1,600 families welcome babies into the world during 2021.

The health care system recently released the most popular baby names for the year from the babies it helped to deliver. The most popular names include:

Trinity Moline BirthPlace:

  • Boys: Jack/Jaxson, Levi, Lucas, Henry and Benjamin.
  • Girls: Charlotte, Emery, Lily, Harper and Isabella.

Trinity Bettendorf BirthPlace:

  • Boys: Noah, Jackson, Miles, Roman and Silas.
  • Girls: Everleigh, Cora, Olivia, Sophia and Mya.

The most popular baby names across the United States this year were: Olivia for girls, and Liam for boys, according to the BabyCenter.

UnityPoint-Trinity officials also released some unique, one-of-a-kind baby names from the babies it welcomed in the Quad Cities. Those names include: Symphony, Chicago, Creedence, Saturn, Nation, Mahaunie, Juniper, Jru, Rylah and Granger.
