Doors will open at 8 a.m. and the presentation will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Due to limited capacity, attendees are asked to RSVP through the city’s website at //www.bit.ly/molinesotc.
This speech is open to all members of the public who are interested in learning more about the current state and future plans for Moline.
“The State of the City is a great moment to touch base with the community and highlight all of the work being done to help Moline achieve its potential and deliver good things for its residents,” Ms. Rayapati said in a news release. “The State of the City Address provides a broad picture of what is going on and what our plans for the future are so that our partners are updated on everything in Moline. It’s part of transparency and community engagement.”
Through that “Practical Progress, Positive Growth” message, Ms. Rayapati said “I want residents to know that we’re taking really common-sense steps to improving our quality of life here in Moline. We’re keeping a balanced approach to everything we do so that we can really meet our responsibilities well and care for everyone who lives here.”
