A copy of the plan, including a boundary map of the areas proposed to be included in the TIF district, is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s office. This is the latest proposed TIF for the city, which has used the tool to drive economic development across Moline.

An ordinance approving the new Eastgate TIF district will advance to a second reading Tuesday, June 20, at the Moline City Council meeting.
