Sebastian Mireles, operations manager for the Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, has received the Man of the Year award from LULAC Council 10 in Davenport.
Mr. Mireles was presented the award Saturday, Sept. 6, during LULAC’s Fiesta Night celebration at the Putnam Museum in Davenport.
This prestigious award recognizes Mr. Mireles’ outstanding leadership, service, and dedication to advancing opportunities for the Hispanic and multicultural community across the Quad Cities region.

LULAC is the largest and oldest civil rights Hispanic organization in the United States.
Mr. Mireles’ selection reflects his tireless efforts in supporting small businesses, fostering economic growth, and strengthening connections between local organizations and the communities they serve, Jesse Noriega, executive director of the Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, said in a news release.
“We are incredibly proud of Sebastian Mireles and this well-deserved honor. His work ethic, vision, and passion for serving our community make a lasting impact every day,” he added. “This recognition is not just a reflection of his individual excellence but also of the values we uphold as a chamber.”
