After his initial 16 years at Russell, Mike departed in 2016 and spent seven years at Palmer College of Chiropractic, managing over $73 million in projects across the college’s three locations. Mike brings over 36 years of experience in construction project management and has helped build projects across the Quad Cities for such notable clients as Black Hawk College, Augustana College, Monmouth College, Deere & Company, and the Rock Island Arsenal.
