Courses are offered at no cost to individuals who complete a pre-affiliation agreement with Mel Foster Co. All classes will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Mel Foster’s Davenport office at 3249 E. 35th St. Ct.. The classes, which are held on Thursdays and Fridays, include:
- Listing Practices: Feb. 19-20.
- Buying Practices: Feb. 26-27.
- Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices: March 5-6.
The registration deadline is Tuesday, Feb. 17. Participants must be at least age 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete a background check.
“Our School of Real Estate is designed to prepare future agents for long-term success, not just Day One,” said Carie Nesbitt, talent acquisition & agent development director.
