Carie Nesbitt has been named the director of talent acquisition and agent development of Mel Foster Co., the Quad Cities real estate firm announced in a news release.
“With a wealth of experience spanning 15 years in sourcing, recruitment, coaching, and training, Carie brings a dynamic skill set to her new position,” the release said. “Her extensive background, combined with over five years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, positions her as an asset to the Mel Foster Co. team.”
Her responsibilities will include: leading recruitment efforts to attract top-tier professionals, serving as an instructor for the company’s new agent training programs, and collaborating with existing agents and managers to foster career growth and development opportunities.
