Twelve agents with Mel Foster Co. have been recognized among America’s Best Real Estate Professionals in the 2025 REALTrends Verified rankings.
This prestigious report, published by REALTrends honors the most productive agents and teams at both the state and national levels, based on closed transaction sides and sales volume for 2024, a news release from Mel Foster Co. said.
More than 30,000 top-performing agents and teams are featured in REALTrends Verified, representing the top 1.5% of the 1.5 million licensed Realtors across the country.
The rankings were based on a pool of 276 agents in Iowa, 1,096 in Illinois, and 30,598 nationally.
Here are the Mel Foster agents honored:
For individuals by volume, in Iowa, four Mel Foster Co. agents in the Davenport office:
- Geri Doyle, ranked No.1 in Iowa and top 3% nationally.
- Candy Reaves, ranked No. 72 in Iowa and in the top 50% nationally.
- Lucky Lang II, ranked No. 79 in Iowa and in the top 60% nationally.
- Shelly Coussens, ranked No. 82 in Iowa and in the top 60% nationally.
For individuals by sides, in Iowa, seven Mel Foster agents ranked:
- Geri Doyle, Davenport office, ranked No. 8 and in the top 1% nationally.
- Jill Sorrell, Clinton office, ranked No. 75 and in top 10% nationally.
- Lucky Lang II, Davenport office, ranked No. 80 and in the top 15% nationally.
- Candy Reaves, Davenport office, ranked No. 99 and in the top 15% nationally.
- Cindy Ottens, Clinton office, ranked No. 105 and in the top 15% nationally.
- Shelly Coussens, Davenport office, ranked No. 120 and in the top 20% nationally.
- Julie Gellerstedt, Davenport office, ranked No.171 and in the top 30% nationally.
For individuals by sides, in Illinois, five Mel Foster Co. agents ranked:
- Dee Shepherd, Savanna office, ranked No. 50 and the top 1% nationally.
- Debbie Wright, Kewanee office, ranked No. 98 and the top 1% nationally.
- Eve Anderson, Kewanee office, ranked No. 276 and in the top 15% nationally.
- Jennifer Evans, Galesburg office, ranked No. 415 and in the top 25% nationally.
- Paula Nabb, Moline office, ranked No. 602 and in the top 35% nationally.

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed 50 residential transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2024. The rankings are compiled based on surveys from virtually every national branded network, independent brokerages, many state and local associations of REALTORS, and multiple listing services. Verification from an independent source is required from all submissions. In addition, REALTrends senior staff reviews every submission for completeness and accuracy.
