
Several Mel Foster Co. agents are being recognized as some of America’s most productive agents as part of REALTrends’ 2023 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list.
The rankings list — sponsored jointly by REALTrends, a real estate industry publication, and Tom Ferry International, a nationwide coaching and training company — ranks the most productive agents and teams by state and metropolitan area based on closed transaction sides and closed volume in 2022, according to a Mel Foster news release.

“With this year’s release of the 2023 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, we are incredibly proud to have 10 of our individual agents and one team of agents be recognized with other elite real estate agents across the country,” said Lynsey Engels, president of Real Estate Brokerage at Mel Foster Co., in the release.
“(We) continue to be in awe of these agent’s dedication, hard work and commitment to serving clients throughout the region,” she added.
Mel Foster Co. real estate agents ranked in these categories: Individual agent – Transaction sides (There are two sides in a real estate transaction: the buying side and the selling side); Small Team – Sales volume; and Small Team – Transaction sides.
For Individuals by sides, in Iowa, seven Mel Foster agents made the Top 136 list:
- Lucky Lang II, Davenport office, ranked No. 24.
- Lisa Carstens, Davenport office, No. 40.
- Jill Sorrell, Clinton office, No. 45.
- Scott Kelling, Davenport office, No. 78 (tie).
- Shawna Burrow, Davenport office, No. 78 (tie).
- Bob Allmandinger, Clinton Office, No. 101.
- Candy Reaves, Davenport office, No. 123.
For Individuals by sides, in Illinois, three Mel Foster Co. agents ranked in the Top 386:
- Dee Shepherd, Clinton office, No. 81.
- Debbie Wright, Kewanee office, No. 110.
- Eve Anderson, Kewanee office, No. 209.
In addition, the Geri Doyle Group, Davenport office, ranked No. 4 out of 24 for Small Teams by sales volume in Iowa, and No. 13 on the Top 55 list for Small Teams by sides in Iowa.
