New Kingdom Trailriders, a local non-profit that provides equine assisted activities to the Quad Cities and surrounding areas, announces Matthew De Bisschop as President of the Board of Directors. Matthew brings over 15 years of non-profit leadership experience. He is active as a Chairperson for the United Way’s Strategic investment initiatives, serves as a Civil Service Commissioner for Bettendorf, and as a Chairperson for the Moline Foundation Scholarship Committee. Matthew has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Drake University and is employed at Ascentra as VP of Human Resources.
