John Deere Construction and Forestry recently presented the Onyx Circle Award to Martin Equipment, whose operations include Rock Island.
Honoring the top-performing dealerships throughout the United States and Canada, the award recognizes outstanding achievement in customer, product and service support.

The Onyx Circle Award was developed by John Deere to recognize and commend North American dealers that go above and beyond for customers and employees. Since the award’s inception in 2011, Martin Equipment has received the Onyx Circle Award seven times – showcasing its genuine customer care, support and product knowledge.
“It’s admirable to see the focus and drive exemplified by Martin Equipment as the team remains close to our customers,” Jason Daly, vice president, Earthmoving Sales, Marketing and Customer Success at John Deere, said in the release. “It takes a lot of work to successfully run a dealership. Martin Equipment is a fourth-generation, family-owned John Deere Construction & Forestry dealer headquartered in Goodfield, Illinois, with nine locations across Iowa, Illinois and Missouri.
Last year, Martin Equipment expanded its Rock Island location service shop at 3720 85th Ave. West.
