Lumber Lofts will help ‘Muscatine momentum’ thrive

MUSCATINE, Iowa – There’s a sign near the new $11 million Lumber Lofts project that states “Welcome to Muscatine.”
However, city and economic development leaders believe people will really get a welcoming message when that three-story building is complete next year and Muscatine has more housing and businesses on its riverfront because of Lumber Lofts.
