Quad Cities business and community leaders are invited to attend Live2Lead Quad Cities, a one-day leadership development event focused on building stronger teams, improving workplace culture and strengthening customer experience.
The event is Friday, Feb. 6, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Lavender Crest Winery, Colona, Illinois. Tickets are $135.
The event is hosted locally by LeadershipDNA and is part of the national Live2Lead leadership series created by Maxwell Leadership. The program includes video presentations, facilitated discussion and practical application.
This year’s event focuses on how leadership influences culture, service and organizational performance. Topics include communication clarity, accountability, team alignment and a “Fans First” approach to customer experience.
“Leadership sets the tone for how teams work and how customers experience an organization,” Darren Dalenberg, co-founder of LeadershipDNA and host of Live2Lead Quad Cities, said in a news release. “This event is designed to give leaders practical tools they can apply immediately.”
Live2Lead Quad Cities is for business owners, executives, managers, supervisors and emerging leaders across a variety of industries including manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, banking, education and nonprofit organizations, LeadershipDNA said in the Friday, Jan. 30, release.
The program includes nationally recognized leadership speakers Craig Groeschel and Jessie Cole of the Savannah Bananas through the Live2Lead platform, along with local facilitation and guided discussion led by LeadershipDNA.
Registration is open to individuals and teams. Group rates are available. For more information or to register, visit here or www.leadershipbyDNA.com.
The event is sponsored by ForeverLawn Heartland, and New Horizon Kennel, both in Port Byron, Illinois.
