Davenport-based publisher Lee Enterprises received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating the company is in compliance with listing standards, Lee announced in a news release.
According to the release, the letter closes the listing standard delinquency matter opened by Nasdaq on Dec. 28, 2022, as Lee filed its 2022 Annual Report on Form 10-K on Monday, Feb. 27 and its first quarter 2023 quarterly report on Form 10-Q on Thursday, March 2.Â
Lee now is in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires the timely filing of periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Lee owns 77 daily newspapers in the U.S., including the Quad-City Times, The Dispatch-Argus and the Muscatine Journal.
