LECLAIRE – Many downtown businesses will be offering special deals during the LeClaire Spring Shop Hop set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 12.
The event will include visits from the Easter Bunny with photo opportunities as well as food tastings, live music, special deals, sidewalk sales, and much more. Some businesses also will remain open past 4 p.m.
Here are some of the Shop Hop participating businesses and their deals:
- Antique Archaeology: It will have a sale on select merchandise and, plus you have a chance to spin the wheel for more deals.
- Aunt Hattie’s: It will have a sidewalk sale, dip samples, and surprise specials.
- Bamboo Baby Boutique: It will offer a free gift with $40+ purchase; while supplies last.
- Bela will have a “deck sale.”
- Buttercupp Candles will have “make your own candle” fun.
- Cody Road Coffee will have spring pastel T-shirts – buy one, get one half off.
- Cody Road Trading Post will have 15% off one regular priced item.
- Cody Rose Flower Company will have free photos with the Easter bunny (pets are welcome), egg hunt, special treats, and tulip bundles on sale.
- Crafted QC will have brownie bites, 25% off of spring and Easter items, and 10% off of art originals and prints.
- Kitsch’n Sink Antiques will have 20% off all Easter items, a free Easter craft, lollipops for kids, and more.
- LeClaire Olive Oil Co. will have free samples and specials.
- Mississippi Cottage Antiques will have a 25% off discount on any item with a tag starting with A1 through A10.
- Nest Modern Goods will have sweet treats, live music from local musician Lewis Knudsen, and its permanent jewelry bar.
- Of heaven and earth will have 25% off everything in the store.
- The Potter’s House will have someone available to take your photo with Bruce the Buffalo and free samples of its Amish products.
- Razzleberries will have its “Hula Into Spring” promotion. Enter the hula-hoop contest to win Wickles new Wickedly Delicious Hula Pickle Relish. There can be four winners and every contestant gets a colorful flowered lei. Deck sales and sidewalk sales galore.
- Wide River Winery Tasting Room will have free samples of its “wine of the month.”
