Learn about EICC’s online graphic arts program

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) will host an informational session on Zoom about its online graphic arts program at 5:30 p.m. on March 30.

Since 2021, EICC has offered its long-standing graphic arts program entirely online, according to a news release. The program includes a one-year Graphic Arts Technology Diploma and a two-year Associate in Applied Science Degree in Graphic Arts Technology.

Students in the program will also practice their skills through an internship and produce a personal portfolio to present to future employers in business, commercial printing, media outlets, advertising agencies and more, according to the release.

During the informational session, participants will learn more about the program, meet instructors, discuss career paths and find out more about financial aid opportunities, the release states. Iowa residents may join the program tuition-free through the state’s Last Dollar program.
