Lea Ann Dies joins Russell

Lea Ann Dies has joined Russell as the new Director of People and Culture! In this new and retooled role under our Talent & Development team, Lea Ann will be responsible for overseeing all corporate recruitment, team member experience, compliance, and talent development initiatives. Prior to joining Russell, Lea Ann worked for another construction company where she demonstrated her passion and advocacy for people. She has a reputation for creating authentic and immediate connections, inspiring people to act, and embracing opportunities for change and exploration. Lea Ann is a SHRM-SCP, ACC-certified HR professional.
