LandJet, the nation’s first and only mobile office transportation franchise, has launched its next-generation fleet of custom Mercedes Sprinter mobile office vehicles, manufactured exclusively by Winnebago Industries.
Landjet, which is based in Bettendorf, is a premium, chauffeured, regional transportation service that provides “private jets on wheels” for business and leisure travel, primarily using specialized Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans to create mobile offices.
The new vehicles transform unproductive regional business travel into billable worktime, offering executives a private-jet experience on the ground, according to information from the company.

The custom-upfitted Sprinters are produced at Winnebago’s manufacturing facilities in Iowa and Indiana as part of the company’s Specialty Vehicles division. Each vehicle is built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis and outfitted with a full mobile office suite — including high-speed WiFi, 120V power outlets with USB charging, a 2,000-watt pure sine wave inverter, LCD monitors, conference seating for up to eight passengers, leather interiors, privacy partitions, and task lighting.
“Business executives billing $200 to $1,000 per hour lose thousands of dollars in productivity on every regional drive,” said Ryan Landry, CEO at LandJet. “Our vehicles eliminate that waste entirely. A two-to-four-hour drive becomes a two-to-four-hour work session — at a fraction of the cost of private aviation and with door-to-door convenience no airline can match.”
LandJet currently operates across 18 markets spanning the Texas Triangle, Midwest Core, Central, and Great Lakes regions, with plans to scale to 150 franchise units, 300 vehicles, and 50+ metropolitan markets within five years.
LandJet vehicles are available in two configurations:
- The Rolling Board Room — seats eight passengers around a conference table layout, designed for team travel and working meetings on the move.
- The Rolling Executive — seats seven passengers in executive-style seating, optimized for individual productivity and comfort.
Both models feature full mobile office amenities and are operated by trained LandJet “pilots” — professional drivers who also serve as hospitality hosts.
