The music of legendary singer/songwriter John Denver will fill Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse on Thursday, April 4, as Chris Collins and Boulder Canyon return to Rock Island.

There will be a matinee and an evening performance. Doors for a matinee show will open at 11:45 a.m., with lunch served from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. The concert starts at 1 p.m. Tickets are $62.50. Doors for the evening show open at 5:45 p.m., with dinner served from 6 to 7 p.m. and concert at 7:15 p.m.. Tickets are $65.65 for the evening show. The John Denver tribute show – called the John Denver Experience – features Mr. Collins, who returns to the Rock Island theater for the fourth time.
“The audiences have loved Chris each time he’s been here,” said Brett Hitchcock, director of audience development at Circa ‘21. “He looks like John, he sounds like John…it’s just amazing.”
