Augustana College Sorensen Hall renovation
639 38th St., Rock Island
Built in 1898 as the Augustana Book Concern, Sorensen Hall is the second oldest building on campus. Improvements include: new windows, renovated entrance upgrades at street level and second-floor bridge level, tuckpointing and painting. The hall houses administrative offices and academic spaces, including its newly launched Department of Theatre and Film. The work is expected to be completed in late May.

Devils Glen Bluff

Project has five new buildings including two townhouse buildings, and three three-story apartment buildings each containing 18 two-bedroom, four three-bedroom, and four studio apartments. Townhouses are three- and four-bedrooms. Building 1 will be completed in 2023 with the rest opening in 2024.
