BankORION
BankORION broke ground Thursday, Dec. 1, on a new full-service branch that will boast a drive-up, lobby and ATM. The current Cambridge branch, located at 201 N. Prospect St., will still operate during construction of the new facility. BankOrion has seven locations including Orion, Cambridge, Moline, Aledo and Annawan, Illinois, and one in Bettendorf.

My Place Hotel
The new three-story, 64-room My Place Hotel is being built next to the XPO Center in The Bend on East Moline’s riverfront. The project’s developers also were behind earlier developments at the Bend including Hyatt Place Hotel, Hyatt House, XPO Center and the Rust Belt.

Davenport Fire Department New Station #3
Replacing Station # 3 at the corner of 35th and Harrison streets, the new station will feature co-ed living pods with sleeping quarters and locker rooms, safer containment and decontamination area, training facilities as well as a room for Davenport Police officers, and a community/multi-purpose room that can become a tactical operations room. Projected completion: late 2023.
