Illinois transit reform act carves path to QC passenger rail

    Passenger rail service from Moline to Chicago was still alive in the early morning hours of Halloween today after the Illinois Senate sent a bill that would create a path for funding it to Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s desk.

    The governor said in a news release this morning that he expects to sign it.
