Hearing set for proposed Life Fitness Center sale in Bettendorf

    Plans for a new water park, an ice rink and a transformed Life Fitness Center in Bettendorf will soon take center stage when the Bettendorf City Council hosts a public hearing and discusses the proposed sale of the fitness center.
