The 16th annual Hand in Hand Chili Cook-Off has been set for 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Fair Center at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport. The event will be presented by Quad City Bank & Trust.
This family-friendly event will feature at least 15 chili teams competing for top honors. There also will be a silent auction and children’s games.
“The Chili Cook-Off is one of our favorite times of the year. It’s a chance for the community to come together, enjoy some amazing chili, and support a great cause,” said Ashley Hicks, Hand in Hand’s director of development and events.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 12; and free admission for children under 5.
Proceeds from the Chili Cook-Off will benefit Hand in Hand’s inclusive programs that empower children and adults of all abilities to learn, grow, and thrive. For more information on the event, go here.
