Grow Clinton is sponsoring a series on leadership development through the beginning of the new year. 

The training program, Leadership Unlocked: Empowering Your Potential, will equip participants with the essential skills, tools and mindset needed to effectively lead teams and organizations in today’s dynamic environment.

The next session will be 2-3 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19, on “The Dark Side of Leadership.” It will feature Dr. Patricia Ryan and Bill Davis who will look at why some leaders exhibit toxic behaviors and how those behaviors affect team and organizations. They also will provide practical tools and approaches to deal with toxic leadership and mitigate its impact on your professional environment. To register for this session, click here.

The last session will be from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday, March 19, on “Breaking Barriers:  Overcoming Gender Bias in the Workplace” with Dr. Maja Zelihic’s Biography and Dr. Katie Thiry’s Biography. It will cover a comprehensive approach that addresses systemic, cultural, and individual-level issues in eliminating gender bias in the workplace. 

A panel discussion will focus on understanding gender bias, strategies for eliminating gender bias, how to measure success, actionable takeaways, and a call to action. To register for this session, click here.
