GreenState Credit Union recognized as one of the Best Banks of 2025-26

    NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa — Money magazine has recognized GreenState Credit Union as one of the “Best Banks of 2025-26,” citing its exceptional financial products, customer service and overall banking experience.

    The ranking is based on Money’s evaluation of more than 275 banks and credit unions across the nation, which reviewed account features, annual percentage yields, fees, accessibility and perks.

    “We are thrilled to be recognized by Money,” Vic Israni, president and CEO of GreenState Credit Union, said in a news release announcing the recognition. “This honor reflects our commitment to providing our members with excellent banking solutions, innovative products and superior service.”

    In the Quad Cities region and beyond, GreenState Credit Union has locations in Davenport, Bettendorf, Dubuque, North Liberty and in Iowa City.

    Money’s methodology involved detailed analyses of checking, savings and money market accounts from the nation’s largest financial institutions. The recognition underscores GreenState’s commitment to its members, the community and its employees.

    GreenState, organized in 1938 and headquartered in North Liberty, Iowa, is Iowa’s largest financial institution serving more than 410,000 members with offices in Iowa, Illinois and Nebraska. Membership is open to anyone living or working in Iowa as well as select counties in Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska and South Dakota.
