A new gymnasium at Quad Cities Christian School, 4000 11th St., A, Moline, will be at the center of an opening celebration on Friday, April 19.
Events will be from 6 to 8 p.m. They will include an opening ceremony at 6 p.m., followed by alumni basketball games, food and refreshments, a silent auction and other events.
The new 11,420-square-foot gymnasium has 500 seats, two new classrooms, girls and boys locker rooms, and a concession for games.
Russell, located in Davenport, is serving as the general contractor on this project. Streamline Architects, located in Moline, is the architect.
The Quad Cities Christian School has 365 students on its two campuses – one for elementary school, and one for junior and senior high school students.
