The Friends of Trinity is hosting a free senior fair from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, to provide older adults and their families with healthcare resources, wellness services and opportunities to support their health and independence.
The event will be held at UnityPoint Health –Trinity Rock Island, inside the Jardine Auditorium, at 2701 17th St. The senior fair will offer access to informational sessions, blood pressure checks and community resources tailored to seniors’ unique needs. Experts will discuss managing health conditions, planning for future care and understanding healthcare options.
“We welcome everyone in the community to join us, learn more about healthcare options and discover meaningful ways to engage with their health and Wellness,” said Tulisa Bollinger, manager of gift shops, volunteer services and Friends of Trinity.
Attendees also can learn more about the new UnityPoint Health PACE Senior Care –Bettendorf, which helps seniors live independently in their home and within the community.
They also can connect with UnityPoint Health professionals and explore volunteer opportunities.
