First Central hosting paper shredding events

CLINTON, Iowa – First Central State Bank will host several shred events during the months of April and May.

This on-site shred service for secure documents is provided for free and open to everyone. Attendees are asked not to bring more than five boxes of documents to be shredded. Anything over that amount will be shredded at the discretion of organizers.

The shred events will be held Friday, April 18 and May 2, in First Central’s eastern Iowa footprint. All events will be held at First Central State Bank locations.

Due to road construction at the Clinton-Lincoln Way location, this year’s shred event in Clinton will be held from 10 a.m. to noon April 18 at First Central’s North Second Street location at 1427 N. Second St. 

The DeWitt shred event will be 1-3 p.m. April 18 at First Central.

On May 2, the events will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in Eldridge and from 1-3 p.m. in LeClaire.
