Blain’s Farm & Fleet has won a pair of national honors recognizing its website, farmandfleet.com, and its customer service.

In a news release Friday, Jan. 9, Blain’s announced it has been named to Newsweek’s  America’s Best Online Shops 2026 list for a fifth consecutive year. The retailer, with locations including the bistate Quad Cities region, also was named one of USA TODAY’s America’s Best Customer Service 2026 providers. It earned a four-star rating in the In-Store Shops category.

The Midwest specialty retailer was founded in 1955 and today boasts 45 locations throughout Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan. It also serves customers nationwide via the company website and mobile app. Visit www.farmandfleet.com or download the Blain’s Farm & Fleet mobile app.

Newsweek’s rankings are based on an objective evaluation and a nationwide survey of more than 24,000 American consumers. Thousands of online retailers were assessed using 46 objective and subjective criteria, including trust and security, usability, service and communication, purchase and delivery, payment, technical performance, likelihood of purchase and traffic growth. Only the top 500 online shops across six industries and 25 categories earned a place on the 2026 list.

“This recognition reflects the intentional investments we’ve made to create a digital experience that is fast, reliable and easy for our neighbors to use,” Andrew Hendricks, Blain’s Farm & Fleet’s senior director of Digital Strategy, said in the release. “From accurate product information to dependable fulfillment and customer support, our teams are focused on earning trust every time someone shops with us online.”

This marked the second consecutive year that Blain’s has been nationally recognized by USA TODAY for its customer service.  The ranking, developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, evaluated more than 7,100 companies nationwide and included feedback from over 32,000 consumers.
