Sandeep Giri
Sandeep’s career has primarily focused on launching a wide variety of products (supercomputers, ballooning, batteries, wearables, displays, solar). This has entailed developing & scaling emerging technologies from concept to design to operations. Sandeep has repeatedly enabled new product introduction via execution through all phases of the product life cycle.
Sandeep has solved audacious multi-disciplinary engineering problems in multiple industries: machine learning, consumer electronics, MEMS, micro-electronics, photo-voltaics, high-precision optics, communications systems, imaging systems, automation, advanced materials, flat panel displays, vacuum deposition technologies, and semiconductor equipment.
Sandeep has direct industry experience via living & working in multiple cultures: US, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic. He has built teams from scratch in two different companies & two different countries, directly & dotted-line managed small to midsize teams as Manager, Project Lead, Technical Lead, and Individual Contributor.
He is an honorary member of Sigma Pi Sigma & serves on the board of the American Institute of Physics.
