ETA opens with ‘busy, busy, busy’ crowds

    There’s a yellow neon sign near the front door of the new ETA Table + Tap restaurant in Moline that states “Eat what makes you happy.”

    Since ETA opened for business a few weeks ago, a lot of customers have been following that sign’s suggestion and getting meals that make them very happy.
