LivWell Seniors and Quartet – A Senior Living Village are teaming up to host “You Need a Plan,” a free educational presentation designed to help older adults and their families begin the important conversations about the future before a crisis occurs.
The event will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Quartet, 3150 Glenbrook Circle South, Bettendorf. The event is free and open to the public.

The event will explore when it might be time to consider a move, how to start the conversation, and why touring senior communities early can make all the difference. Attendees also will learn about different senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation, along with practical insights into costs, lifestyle benefits, and levels of care.
“Making the decision to move to a senior living community is deeply personal,” said Rhonda Halterman, senior resource specialist and founder of LivWell Seniors. “Our goal is to empower families with the information they need to make confident, informed choices before they’re faced with an emergency.”
The presentation also will highlight the Quartet’s maintenance-free lifestyle and on-site amenities — from restaurant-style dining and fitness classes to creative arts and music programs — that support both independence and connection.
