The East Moline State of the City address is set for noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 23, at the Bend Event Center, located at 910 Bend Blvd., East Moline.
Mayor Reggie Freeman will give a review of major events in East Moline in 2022 as well as discuss the projects in the works for this year and beyond.
The event is open to the public. There is an $18 fee to purchase a meal at the event. The menu includes chicken breast, mashed potatoes, corn, salad and a roll. Registrations are required for the meal.
