East Moline will celebrate Halloween with a parade and other events in downtown from 4:30-7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 21.
The events are being sponsored by the East Moline Main Street Business Association. Other sponsors and volunteers are the City of East Moline, Whiskey Stop and The Palace.
The fun kicks off with a parade at 5 p.m. beginning at 844 15th Ave. It will go down 15th Avenue toward Runner’s Park and end at the park’s band shell.
There will also be a costume contest, games and other activities.
