Delta Dental hosts virtual discussion about hybrid workplace

The hybrid workplace model has been a benefit to many organizations, Delta Dental says, improving employee satisfaction, strengthening retention and reducing burnout. However, the new way of work has also sparked some new challenges.

According to Gallup, 43% of business leaders report that hybrid work has had a negative impact on employee culture.

Join Delta Dental of Iowa at noon, Wednesday, April 24, for its next Green Room on “Play, Purpose and Potential: How Culture Strengthens Teams and Boosts Business.”

Attendees of this free, virtual event will hear panelists discuss today’s team culture challenges. They’ll learn how to improve employee retention by reigniting engagement using play, purpose and potential.

It will be hosted by April Schmaltz, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa. Guests are Melissa Ness, of Connectify HR, and Marc Reifenrath of Spinutech. They will share examples of successful company culture and why it should be an important focus for all businesses.

“At Delta Dental, company culture plays a role in everything we do,” Ms. Schmaltz said in a news release. “As employers, we want to offer the flexibility of a hybrid workplace, but we also want to continue having great collaboration and connectedness with our teams.”
